We recently purchased Adirondack chairs for the Thomsonite Inn from the Amish furniture store in Duluth, and we couldn't be happier with our experience.Josef was wonderful to work with throughout... the entire process. He was always quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and made everything easy from start to finish. The two gentlemen who delivered our chairs were also incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional.The chairs are absolutely beautiful, and we love how they look at the inn. The quality is outstanding, and they were exactly what we were hoping for.Thank you all for the excellent service and craftsmanship. Nothing but great things to say about Amish Furniture Haus! We’ve had our kitchen table for about 4 months now and it’s truly the best purchase we’ve ever made. Not only is it solid, sturdy and going... to last through our kids (we have a very busy toddler), it’s also beautiful. We did a custom build off a piece they had in the showroom, and it turned out exactly how we wanted. They have a fantastic selection of wood species and stains which helped us get what we were looking for! We worked with Josef and his father through the entire selection process (which we were so indecisive it took 4 visits) and both were so kind and helpful. They didn’t pressure us and we’re extremely knowledgeable about the options to help us decide what we wanted! They also delivered to our home and set the table up which with a toddler, was a lifesaver! We will be back!read more

Like other reviews we experienced the comfort and sturdiness of the bent-back swivel glider. When we returned from vacation, we tracked down a source and ordered two of the chairs, which are made... custom to your order.The communication with Josef was amazing. He was very informative on my options and followed the order through to delivery. We live over 1300 miles from AFH so we had the delivery costs figured into the order. When the delivery driver was three days out, he contacted me for a time and he too was very helpful and worked with me to deliver at a time that worked for us both.I would highly recommend using Amish Furniture Haus where you can expect to get a fair deal with excellent customer service from people very knowledgeable in the furniture business.read more

I experienced the comfort of a bentback swivel glider while vacationing in 2023. My mission for 2024 was to acquire a couple of these chairs. I'm happy to report that I now have two Walnut Lane... Poly bentback swivel gliders on my deck. I wasn't able to locate this type of chair locally, so I expanded my search and found Amish Furniture Haus. I didn't visit the store because I live 400+ miles from the store but that wasn't a problem. My purchase was done via email plus a couple phone calls of which one was just to give me a status report on my order. The purchase from start to finish was handled by the same individual who was very professional and friendly. I also appreciated the fact that the delivery of the chairs was at what I considered a very reasonable dollar amount. I'm so happy my search found Amish Furniture Haus. I love the chairs.read more

Amazing quality furniture and great customer service! We took our furniture directly from the floor and they made sure it was well wrapped for us to be protected as we traveled home. I'm so excited... to have this furniture in our home as I know it will last a very long time!read more

Yes I did get the part at no cost to me and I put in ,so everything is working fine. After spending thousands on furniture I hoped for some help with a defective roller track for one of the drawers.... My wife has called themmany times and they still have not sent us the replacement part.read more

We bought a dining table, chairs, and counter stools from Amish Furniture Haus and we love them! They are so sturdy and well-made compared to the big box furniture stores we bought things from in the... past. We LOVE our pieces and are excited to order more furniture from Amish Furniture Haus in the future. We didn't really know what to expect from an Amish furniture place, and we were pleasantly surprised at the wide range of furniture styles as well as wood and stain types. The customer service was great too!read more

I ordered a Marshfield loveseat and 'chair and a half' from Amish Furniture Haus. A very kind and attentive young man, Josef, gave me lots of his time and help in selecting fabric. The furniture was... delivered yesterday ... I love it! I can feel the quality when I sit on them .. solidly made. And the fabric selection looks even better than I anticipated! The delivery folks were kind and careful ... left no messy wrappings for me ... and they arrived right when they were expected. This was a great experience, and I will return! Thank you!read more

I enjoyed buying my Amish table and chairs from Amish Furniture Haus--everything from shopping to delivery. They have a good selection (and online catalogs), they were very helpful throughout my... shopping, the custom made table was ready ahead of schedule and delivered and set up right on my dining room rug. Beautiful, solid Amish furniture! We had dining table and chairs and bedroom furniture from this place and loved them so, we added desk/chair set.Now we purchased entertainment center,coffee and end... tables and they are perfect! Wood is quarter sawn oak with perfect finish. It is gorgeous.read more

I love this store! I bought a dining room table with chairs that I ordered custom made with custom stains about 7 years ago, I get so many compliments on it. So it was an obvious choice, for me,... when I was looking for a another price of furniture I chose to come back. I absolutely love the quality of these American made Amish products. The wood grains are beautiful! Tim, has been so incredibly helpful throughout the whole decision, ordering and loading process.I plan on these prices of handmade furniture to be passed down through our family for generations.Thank you!!read more
